This product looks exactly as pictured but it is very cheap plastic. It doesn’t feel sturdy. Heats up quickly but when you try to straighten hair the plates snag your hair. It doesn’t run over hair shaft smoothly. I think it is worth the 25$ but that’s about the max worth. Definitely not a professional flat iron.
